Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges and returns up to 30 days after delivery. The item/items should be unused, with all tickets attached and in its/their original condition. Shophot will not be responsible for the shipping costs if the customer applies for a return for a personal reason. If your return is approved, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

Notes:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom items are not applicable for exchanges and returns.
  • Damaged items caused by customers are not applicable for exchanges or returns.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and special sales items are not applicable for exchanges or returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@xhonggroup.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
